It was a great experience in munnar with my wife which has been properly arranged by zuzu holidays. Cab driver Mr.sanjay has been guided well and he is so friendly and shown so many places. The cottage dew drops which has been arranged by zuzu holidays is so nice. Surely I will refer zuzu holidays to my friends and families

After going through multiple travel agencies, we found their package to be value for money. Ms. Aishwarya handled us. We went for a week long trip to Bali.1. Itinerary can be customized as per your requirements.2. Aishwarya gave us alternative options for hotels to suit our preferences.3. Whenever we had any concern, we called them to get it sorted. 4. They were available and made sure everything was going as planned.5. Just before the trip starts, we were included in a WhatsApp group where all the stakeholders in the trip were present.6. The taxi service at Bali was flawless. They were punctual and understanding.Overall, it was a smooth trip. Anyone venturing out on an international trip for the first time will be apprehensive because of the availability of taxis and/or probability of getting scammed by the exorbitant rates. Recently we had booked a Zuu Zuu for the Bali Trip (April 2024) . They provided very good customer service. They created an itinerary based on our interest and request. Fully customisable itinerary. Even they allowed to book a few hotels/resorts we wanted on our trip . Special thanks to Aishwarya made an itinerary and made a massive support throughout the journey from day 1 to day end. Had a honeymoon trip to bali. The tour organiser Biju was patient enough to customise the trip itinerary multiple times. I had a lot of doubts initially but he clarified all the concerns. The price is also reasonable. The guide was on time everyday and was very supportive. The trip was perfectly organised. We had no issues in the overall trip. Will be recommending to friends and family.

We went to bali for a 5 days trip through zuu zuu holidays . They planned and executed our trip very perfectly on time . According to our wishes they were ready to customize. They made our trip a wonderful and memorable one . Our trip coordinator Josh was so patient in clearing our doubts and helped us alot throughout. All the drivers who came for us was on time All these days. Visited almost all the beautiful spots in bali only because of zuu zuu . Trust worthy budget friendly too .. We had Zuu Zuu Holidays as our travel partner for our Honeymoon trip to Thailand. First of all the price was cheap and best. Package includes all the basic needs and enjoyment at cheap cost that was really good. Mr. Sandy was so friendly and arranged us everything what we needed the only thing is the first day of the tour's food in Mangalore was bad. As per the schedule we visited all the places. The resort they arranged was also clean and neat. Overall we all had very good experience.

I had booked them for my college Iv, the resorts where good and also the guide was super friendly. If you are a vegetarian, give them a advance notice, they will arrange separate lunch for you. I really enjoyed the trip. My only regret is that we didn't book for more days, as it was a memorable experience.
